Sasol appoints Wood as engineering partner

INTEGRATED chemicals and energy company Sasol has appointed Wood as its engineering partner in a five-year partnership framework agreement, under which Wood will support Sasol’s portfolio of assets in South Africa.

Wood will support Sasol’s capital projects portfolio, providing integrated services ranging from feasibility studies and front-end engineering design to engineering, procurement, and construction. The work will be executed by Wood’s regional office and project teams, supported by the company’s global capital projects and technical consulting expertise.

The partners will work together to maximise efficiency and drive long-term sustainability of Sasol’s operations.
