Mind The Gap – You’re Fired!

James Damore (@SkepticalTechie) was fired from his role as a software engineer at Google for his now-viral memo “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber”. In it he presents his issues with Google’s diversity programmes and presents his controversial views on why there is a gender gap in the tech industry, suggesting it ultimately boils down to some innate differences between men and women, some of which are biological.
